I feel and see and hear the world differently. Always searching for a place to belong. After 50 years of trying to fit in maybe it’s time to be proud to fit out.

All about Autism, ADHD and other friends.

As a group of Autistic and ADHD adults from across the world we have found friendship and support from sharing our stories. By sharing and caring in an open and interested way, we have been able to learn about our differences and about the many ways that our experiences overlap.

It is true that we are all different, but it is also true that many of us face similar challenges despite being geographically disparate.

If we can share stories across the globe, then maybe we can illuminate and educate others about what it is really like living an Autistic and ADHD life. And what it isn’t. Autism and ADHD from the inside out.

Many of us would like to find support and understanding based on who we really are and not the myths, misconceptions and misunderstandings that blight our lives and create a haze of stigma and stereotypes.

Sensory experiences.

Just because it sounds unbelievable, it doesn’t mean that it is. We explore and share the wonderful and sometime weird ways that we feel and hear and see the world differently.
