Too many myths, misconceptions and misunderstanding mean that many people are isolated afraid to disclose who they are. Too many stereotypes and stigma mean that many people don’t recognise their difference and so can’t be who they really are.

I describe an autistic ADHD life with honesty but also with humour and humility. If we share and care more then maybe society might become more friendly to our difference.
